Biosand Filter

A biosand filter provides a family with clean water for life. This design puts the Earth in a box and lets nature do its thing. There are no working parts, just gravity, and nature. A family gathers water, pours it into the top, and out comes clean water. The receiving family also attends a mandatory instruction of use and sanitation/hygiene training prior to installation. Generally, these filters are installed by Love-Water teams that travel and are photographed with the families and GPS coordinates taken to report back to you. We are currently installing in Zambia,
Africa.
